Your use (accessing, browsing, buying, etc.) of OEReplacement.com is your legal agreement to the policies, terms and conditions below. You also agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including export and re-export control regulations. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this site.

OEReplacement.com is required by law to collect sales tax on all purchases made at OEReplacement.com (at your state/local tax rate).

Customer Information, Comments and Feedback
OEReplacement does not rent, sell or otherwise forward your name to other companies. Please see our Privacy and Security Statement for more information about your confidentiality. Comments or ideas transmitted to this site become the sole property of OEReplacement and may be shared to expand or improve the functionality of the site or of our product or service offerings or for any other reason.

Pre-Orders
Please be aware that while all pre-orders will be fulfilled, date of fulfillment is subject to stock on hand. Pre-orders are on a first come, first-served basis. OEReplacement cannot therefore guarantee shipping dates.

Payment and Shipping Information

Paying by Credit Card
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We do not add any credit card surcharges. Please see our Privacy and Security Statement for more information about your credit card safety. If your shipping address is different from your billing address, OEReplacement requires that this address be listed on your credit card account as an alternate address for shipping purposes only. You can contact your credit card company by calling the 1-800 number on the back of your credit card. OEReplacement requires the "ship to" address to match the "bill to" address or the alternate address of your credit card to protect our customers from credit card fraud.

Shipping (OEReplacement.com)

Continental U.S. Shipments
If your package is lost or damaged, please send us an e-mail at support@OEReplacement.com. At this time we are unable to ship to APO/FPO addresses.
(Please note: Unfortunately, OEReplacement does not cover shipments made using your shipper identification account.)

International Shipments
We do not accept or send international shipments. We are unable process international software downloads.
(NOTE: Shipments that are not retrieved from customs are not covered by our insurance.)

Shipping Details
We ship orders with UPS. If you have an account, you can track your order online. For your protection, we do not expose UPS tracking numbers. Click here for more information on UPS shipping.

Software Downloads
Software downloads are subject to the applicable End User License Agreement ("EULA") and our software download procedures. Upon verification of payment, you will receive an e-mail with download instructions.

Signature
For your protection, all 2nd day and Priority shipments require a signature at the delivery point. Ground deliveries may not require a signature for delivery.

Tax Exemption
If you are a tax-exempt customer in the state where the product will be shipped, email us at support@OEReplacement.com to pre-qualify. For your convenience, your information will be kept on file for future purchases.

Pricing

Online Pricing and Availability:
Prices, specifications and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Due to the unpredictable nature of the computer market, descriptions may not reflect current technical information. Any typographical, photographic or specification error in products or pricing on our web sites is subject to correction.

All orders placed over $500 (US) must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance program.

We will notify you of any corrections or changes and ask for your approval before we complete your order. We will not complete your order until we have your approval. We reserve the right to limit sales, including the right to prohibit sales to resellers, even after we have received and confirmed your order. Published prices do not include shipping, sales tax and insurance. Proof of purchase and postage may be required for rebates.

Warranties

Limited Warranties
OEReplacement does warranty all products sold (12 months –12,000 miles). Consult your product documentation for specific limited warranty information. Downloaded software is subject to the EULA and may not come with manuals or disks. We recommend you review the software publisher's policy about manuals and disks prior to your purchase of the software.

Returns
Items purchased from OEReplacement and returned within 14 days from the date of purchase with the original receipt or invoice are eligible for refund or exchange. No refunds are allowed after 14 days from the date of purchase, but may be exchanged for up to 30 days. Items must be in new condition, including the original box, packaging, manual and accessories.

An open box fee equal to 15% of the purchase price will be charged on any opened item, unless the item is defective and exchanged for the exact same item. The 15% open box fee will be assessed at the time of refund or exchange.

OEReplacement will not accept the return or exchange of any item if the UPC code has been removed from the packaging.

To request a refund, you must contact our E-Commerce Customer Service Center at support@OEReplacement.com within 14 days of purchase. No refunds are allowed after 14 days from purchase. OEReplacement will only accept exchanges within 30 days from original purchase. Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will be posted to the original credit card used at the time of sale.

The linked sites are not under the control of OEReplacement and OEReplacement is not responsible for the contents of any linked site or any link contained in a linked site or any changes or updates to such sites. Training
Courses not offered as vocational training or as qualifying one for any particular employment. Course credits not transferable to any accredited educational institution. Please note that our introductory classes in word processing provide an orientation to new software and not training in word processing skills for employment.

This disclaimer in no way affects the term of any manufacturer's warranty. The title to purchased goods is retained by OEReplacement until goods are paid for by the purchaser.

Revisions to these terms and conditions.
OEReplacement may revise these terms and conditions at any time by updating OEReplacement site. All revisions to these terms and conditions are effective for transactions after the update. You agree that if any part of these terms and conditions are found to be unenforceable, the remainder of these terms and conditions will remain in full force and effect.

CD-ROM Statement.
Many CD-ROM drives read data at variable speeds. CD-ROM speeds noted on this web site or in other OEReplacement advertising should be considered maximum speeds.

Monitor Statement.
Monitor displays are simulated. Monitors are not included with computer systems unless specified.

Modem Statement.
56K modems are capable of downloads at 56Kbps, but speeds in actual use may vary.

Bundled Software Statement.
Some bundled software is preloaded, software manuals/media not included.

Terminology Statement.
MHz/GHz denotes microprocessor internal clock speed; other factors may affect application performance. GB means one billion bytes when referring to hard drive capacity. Accessible capacity may vary.

Limitation of Liability
